Luck? 114th Day 04-24

by Administrator 24. April 2011 03:33

What I love about life is the” unknown factor” of tomorrow…other words, your world could be a pretty dim place today but nothing will stop it from turning into beautifully colored scene…never losing faith or hope and always looking with positive thoughts will help to “survive” dark moments.

When I was in the school, some of my classmates would tell me I was very lucky…From their perspective the “Universe” was closing its eyes when I was doing something I could get in trouble but on the other hand when there was a slim window of opportunity to do something right …it would open for me…Luck?   Maybe…What is luck …?

Well, it all depends how you will define it. I need to point, that I consider to be a very lucky, just to be born and alive… it’s like winning a lottery … with so many other DNA competing for a “gold ticket” … you are given a chance to participate in the adventure of the lifetime…pretty lucky…Emerging out of darkness and into the light, taking a form and experiencing everything in so many wonderful ways…simply amazing. So, maybe feeling lucky has to do a little bit with our perspective in life…same life plus two different outlooks will create “Lucky “or “Unlucky” person according to a personal view. We may assume there isn’t one universal quality which defines luck …only, how it is understood through the filter of our mind.

I’ve read somewhere, that “Luck is something you believe in”….that’s why the talismans and lucky charms work so well, when you have a faith, that this will somehow”work” for you. I would add …it’s the way you write your own “life story”…” how you fill the heroically epic chapters ” or run the script of the “ stage performance in the theatre of life”…. Taking the unknown factor of a chance and giving us the opportunity to create the best scenario …according to expectations…Who knows…maybe the matrix of everyday’s web of interlocking connections is fully pliable and sensitive to out desires, expressed in thoughts …

Other’s description would focus on the idea of real personal empowerment…”Luck is a matter of preparation meeting opportunity”…I can see a certain point here…I remember one particular day in my high school years…Our first period was the study of foreign language…and we were suppose to learn quite a long poem in that language…for that day. When I arrived at school …I found out …I missed to study for that…My good friend announced to me ,that we are in …let’s say he said ….deep trouble ( it was much more explosive….). He also didn’t memorize the poem. I had 10 more minutes before the beginning of that class…I opened the book and started to learn, forgetting about the world around me, totally focusing on memorizing the poem…which was equal to mission impossible…My friend (great guy) upon seeing me trying to learn …had a real good laugh…yes it was pretty funny…poem was long and difficult…but I kept on memorizing it…despite all odds… The teacher walked into the class right at 8:00 am…and guess what  ….the first person to get to be tested in front of everyone was me…second one …my friend…out of the whole class…pretty crazy…. I was lucky…got perfect score…somehow memorized it in only 10 minutes…something that would take me otherwise at least 30 minutes to an hour…and he …well  he didn’t…Luck? …or something else you decide….

Is luck, this state of attraction between our own thoughts creating the positive energy, full of desirable vibration and the similar vibrational counterparts in the Universe , working to our advantage? If that is true…then, we need to allow raising our energy to the levels, when the “conversation with the Universe” is possible and understandable. By staying positive in our actions, thoughts, emotions we are giving it a faire chance…opening the doors to things we need, keeping our hope and faith strong.

The Little Prince

"People where you live," the little prince said, "grow five thousand roses in one garden... yet they don't find what they're looking for..."

"They don't find it," I answered.

"And yet what they're looking for could be found in a single rose, or a little water..."

"Of course," I answered.

And the little prince added, "But eyes are blind. You have to look with the heart."
